NEVADA, Iowa (AP) – The Story County Sheriff’s Office says a 63-year-old county jail inmate has committed suicide. The release says Mark Dubendorf was found a little before 8:20 Friday morning. It says Dubendorf had fastened a sheet around his neck and tied it to the closure hardware of his cell.
