Is Agel Enterprises a scam or a legit business? Does it offer the opportunity to succeed?

Company
Agel enterprises was created in March of 2005 and made their first shipment of product in May of 2005. Agel’s mission, according to their website, is “to empower individuals to achieve new levels of health, financial success, and personal freedom by extending those same benefits to those around them.” Agel Enterprises on the cover looks like a great opportunity for the average person to create success. They have hip and trendy looking products, flashy field leadership and a good story. The fast start commissions range from $35 to $200 depending upon how much product the person you enroll buys. This can mean that you make money quickly if you have a quick start, but if you don’t shoot out of the gate then you could have a hard time.

Product
Agel uses suspension gel technology to separate their product from other nutritional products. Suspension Gel Technology uses a state-of-the-art science to put nutrition in a state of suspension in a gel.

They have a variety of products that are unique and they do have some appeal. Agel relies on the fact that their products are hip and different from other nutritional products being sold. A family of three like mine would require approximately 8 boxes which would cost approximately $650 per month. Most people would agree that is expensive. The reason the cost is so high is because Agel tries to inflate the price to push the burden of the commission to the customer.

Conclusion
Agel is not a scam. But it is a company that requires a huge down line, as well as a flawless sales approach for the various nutritional products they offer. I would be seriously concerned about ever losing any of my down line, because if your down line decreases even a little bit with Agel that could drastically impact your income. In order for someone to be successful with Agel they would need to have thousands of people in order to create a decent income. I might try searching out some other opportunities that wouldn’t have you relying so heavily on the people beneath you.
